Privacy Policy
Last updated 25 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Calendello (“we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to calendello.io and the Calendello service.
1. Data we collect
Account data — your name, email, workspace name, and password (stored hashed). Booking data — event types, availability, and details of bookings, including the name, email, and any notes provided by people who book with you. Payment data — handled by Stripe; we store a customer/subscription reference but not your full card details. Technical data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
2. How we use data
To provide and operate the service (publishing booking pages, computing availability, and sending booking confirmations and reminders), to process payments, to provide support, to secure and improve the service, and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run Calendello — including Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (hosting and email delivery), and, where you connect it, Google Calendar. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data if required by law.
4. Google Calendar
If you connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar’s free/busy times and create or update events for bookings. Calendello’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your availability settings.
5. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After account deletion we remove or anonymise data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it for legal, accounting, or security reasons.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
8. International transfers
We process data using infrastructure that may be located in different countries. Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
