Terms of Service
Last updated 25 June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Calendello (“Calendello”, “we”, “us”), the scheduling service available at calendello.io. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Calendello lets you publish booking pages, manage availability, and let invitees schedule meetings with you. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.
3. Plans, billing and trials
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly) through our payment processor, Stripe. Trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with reasonable prior notice that takes effect on your next renewal.
Workspaces provisioned through a Faivelo subscription are billed by Faivelo, not here, and these billing terms do not apply to them.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including: sending spam or unlawful content; infringing others’ rights; attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service; or using it to harass or harm others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Your content and data
You retain ownership of the content and data you put into Calendello. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (for example, to store your event types and send booking notifications on your behalf). Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party services
Calendello integrates with third parties such as Google Calendar and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calendello is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to comply with the law. On termination, your right to use the service ends; some data may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
